IFACH – GARDUIX, CALPE 5 Double Bedroom
Unique Villa Ifach is built on 2500 m2 plot in community
of Garduix. Garduix is a select residential area close
to all local amenities, beaches and the town centre
of Calpe. Being built on gently sloping hills surrounding
Calpe and facing Peñon de Ifach, this flat plot
boasts the most amazing sea and town views. This villa
is ideal for family holidays, as it compromises 5 double
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1-bed self-contained apartment,
private swimming pool (15x5m) and detached pool/barbeque
house. Staying in this villa feels like having Calpe
in the palm of your hand. This large walled plot is
very private and has an electric gate for security and
privacy.
Set in the middle of beautiful landscaped gardens,
this house is surrounded by greenery, palm trees and
fruit trees. The amazing sea and town views guarantee
to take your breath away. The rooms are spread across
two floors. The master bedroom is upstairs; it has its
own walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom (a shower,
toilet, bidet, 2 sinks and bath). There is another bedroom
upstairs with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobes.
Both bedrooms have French doors opening onto south facing
roof terrace with great views of Calpe.
Downstairs are a further 3 bedrooms – one with
a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds each.
There is a bathroom (bath + shower, 2 sinks, toilet
and bidet) and separate WC on this floor as well. Lounge,
dining room and kitchen are facing the south, which
gives them great views of sea, Peñon de Ifach
and town. The lounge is a real feature, compromising
of 2 french doors, stained glass windows and log fire
suspended from the ceiling. The kitchen is fully equipped
with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven and
microwave. There is also a low breakfast bar and a corner
eating area in the kitchen, ideal for small children.
There is an entrance from the kitchen and dining room
onto a large outdoor covered dining balcony overlooking
the garden, pool house and swimming pool.
The apartment below the house compromises of 1 twin
room, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), kitchen corner
and sitting area and outside patio. Through triple glass
sliding door, it has direct access onto the garden with
views of sea and Calpe.
Pool house – built next to the swimming pool,
this is an ideal place for BBQ/outdoor meals and relaxation.
There is a small kitchen with a dining area, gas BBQ
griddle and a separate WC + shower. There is also all
necessary outdoor furniture by the pool. The pool itself
has a very shallow play area which is ideal for children
to sit in.
Extras
The house has central heating, double glazing and burglar
alarm. All windows also have protective fly nets. The
villa has its own well in the garden which produces
20000 litres of mineral water a day. The swimming pool
is cleaned on weekly basis and is filled with mineral
water from the well. No chemicals are used in the pool.
There is a car port for 2 cars and space for other
4 cars. To keep you entertained, there is a large Petanque
area and a table tennis table. With children’s
safety in mind, the garden and swimming pool are separated
from the main house by low fencing and lockable gates.
