Downstairs are a further 3 bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds each. There is a bathroom (bath + shower, 2 sinks, toilet and bidet) and separate WC on this floor as well. Lounge, dining room and kitchen are facing the south, which gives them great views of sea, Peñon de Ifach and town. The lounge is a real feature, compromising of 2 french doors, stained glass windows and log fire suspended from the ceiling. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. There is also a low breakfast bar and a corner eating area in the kitchen, ideal for small children. There is an entrance from the kitchen and dining room onto a large outdoor covered dining balcony overlooking the garden, pool house and swimming pool.

The apartment below the house compromises of 1 twin room, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), kitchen corner and sitting area and outside patio. Through triple glass sliding door, it has direct access onto the garden with views of sea and Calpe.

Pool house – built next to the swimming pool, this is an ideal place for BBQ/outdoor meals and relaxation. There is a small kitchen with a dining area, gas BBQ griddle and a separate WC + shower. There is also all necessary outdoor furniture by the pool. The pool itself has a very shallow play area which is ideal for children to sit in.

Extras

The house has central heating, double glazing and burglar alarm. All windows also have protective fly nets. The villa has its own well in the garden which produces 20000 litres of mineral water a day. The swimming pool is cleaned on weekly basis and is filled with mineral water from the well. No chemicals are used in the pool.

There is a car port for 2 cars and space for other 4 cars. To keep you entertained, there is a large Petanque area and a table tennis table. With children’s safety in mind, the garden and swimming pool are separated from the main house by low fencing and lockable gates.
